Luscious Lips are hot at Zing Pictures





Continuing our look at lips in art, here are some of mine.


I love this snippet found this morning when googling on lipstick, but think it can’t actually be true – or at the very least the date has to be out by a couple of hundred years.

A 1999 edition of the Chemical & Engineering News, published by the American Chemical Society claims that, in 1770, the British Parliament passed a law condemning lipstick, stating that "women found guilty of seducing men into matrimony by a cosmetic means could be tried for witchcraft."
